Payment
Payment can be made by:
- Visa, MasterCard
- Direct deposit
- We will provide you with a refund (shipping and handling is not refundable) only if the product is returned (at your cost – please insure the parcel) in a resalable condition. This means that the products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by you during the time the product is in your possession. The product is deemed to be in your possession until we receive the product in accordance to this policy.
- In order to organize a return under these terms and conditions, you must notify Aeon via the Aeon website at: info@aeonwaterfilters.com.au within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return. Aeon will request that you to complete a Returns Form. To obtain a copy of Aeon Return form, click on the link. You must comply with the directions of Aeon staff in order to facilitate your return. We may request a photo or return of the product to verify the fault.
- Refunds will only be issued after we received the goods and verified their conditions. All postage cost associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is found to be faulty, Aeon Water Filters will send you the replacement product with no additional freight costs.
